Our Concrete Specialists will mix, spread, compact, finish and cure concrete for all developments, big and small. Our concrete specialists are experienced in using all tools including troweling machinery to set a foundation of concrete.
Concrete Specialists
AUM Construction Ltd have experience working with Pavement Quality Concrete (PQ) for airfield pavements, High Temperature Resistant Concrete (HTRC) and an Engineered Materials Arresting System (EMAS).

Formwork
Formwork is the process of creating a temporary mould into which concrete is poured and formed. We are able fabricate formwork using timber, steel, glass fibre reinforced plastics and other materials. The dimensions of the structure are typically 300mm (high) and 3 metres long.
Runway Resurfacing
Underground Pipe Installation
Working with the engineers, we can: (a) dig the trench, (b) lay the pipes and (c) complete the backfill. We have installed pipes of various sizes and different materials (such as concrete) depending on the client's requirements.
Road Sweepers
Fancy a clean new runway? Not just pleasing to the eye but an important safety consideration for both aircraft and airfield personnel. Our road sweepers will ensure protection from hazards such as Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
Ground Workers
Groundworks will involve site preparation, digging trenches for piping, creating foamwork structures as well as expertly spreading the concrete with a brush finish. Hand tools will include predominantly wired brushes with a broom and trowels. We seldom use battery operated tools. AUM Construction Ltd Ground Workers are all CSCS or CPCS certified.
